Help With Premium, Refunds or Your Account

Receipts, card changes and cancelling are all in
Manage Plan on your plan page once you're on Premium.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds: we don't refund part of a period when you cancel.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply: if Premium has a major failure, or we remove a main feature you paid for, ask us for a refund.
